Green Shallot: The Green Shallot is part of a group of vegetables that are the easiest and fastest to grow. Insert the roots of it in a 32 Oz Delitout plastic container, add a little bit of water to cover 1/3 of the vegetable. By doing so you will be able to have Green Shallot all year long.

Bok Choy: Take the Bok choy heart and do the same steps as the lettuce.

Celery: Take the feet of the Celery, turn it face down in a 16 Oz Delitout plastic container and add a little bit of water and install near a sunny window.

Lettuce: Deposit a heart of lettuce in an 8 Oz plastic container, (you can use all kinds of lettuce) ,and add a little bit of water . Install it near a sunny window and change the water every 2 days.

Leek: The leek is part of a group of vegetables that are the easiest and fastest to grow. Insert the roots of it in a 32 Oz Delitout plastic container, add a little bit of water to cover 1/3 of the vegetable. By doing so you will be able to have leek all year long.
