All oders are placed from our internet warehouse all products in stock are shipped withing 7 working days. Product that are not in stock will be shipped between 2 to 4 weeks. Please take note that delays may occur due to Holidays and shipping schedules.
All merchandise sold by Delitout is new and guranteed. If you receive any merchandise that is defected or does not corripond with what was ordered, you may return the marchandise in it’s original packaging within 15 days of the delivery and you will be refund less shipping and handling. Remboursents will be made when all merchandise is received and accepted by our customer service departement, for a quality refund procedure please contact customer service by email before returning merchandise.
All billing and prices on www.delitout.ca are canadien fees, before taxes and shipping costs. All payments are to be made in one istallment as of order placement. Charges may change without prior notice, the amount paid is the exact amount indicated as soon as the order is placed.
The costs of shipping and handling are clearly indicated as soon as you make your purchase on line. We are pleased to say that we have an agreement with the transport company to minimize the costs for the consumers.
All order that are placed at www.delitout.ca must be done by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
The shipping charges are not refundable, merchandise and taxes will be refundable. Customer is responsible for all charges of returning merchandise, we are not responsible for damaged or stolen goods involved whit transport of choice.
